This policy explains what Auvora collects when you use the WakeFlow demo at auvora.ai, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

When you start the demo, you give us:
Your first name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your website address
The service you select
We also record, automatically, at the moment you submit the form:
Your IP address
Your browser's user agent string
The date and time of submission
The exact wording of the consent statement displayed to you
We record those last four together as proof of consent. Telemarketing law requires us to be able to show what you agreed to and when, so this record is kept even if you later ask us to stop contacting you. Keeping it is how we demonstrate that contact was permitted at the time.
While the demo runs, we process:
The public content of the website address you provide
The messages you type into the simulated conversation

To contact you about the demo and about Auvora's services

To read your public site so the demo reflects your business

To personalize the conversation, and for our own reporting

To evidence your permission to contact you, as the law requires

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Running the demo means passing some of your information to service providers who process it on our behalf:
GoHighLevel stores your contact record, our notes, and our communications with you. This is our customer relationship system.
Anthropic processes the website content and the conversation messages to generate replies. Anthropic does not train its models on this data.
Firecrawl reads the public content of your website when our own request is refused by your site.
Cloudflare hosts the demo and delivers it to your browser.
Each processes your information only to provide their service to us.
By ticking the consent box, you agreed that Auvora may contact you at the number you provided, including by automated technology and by artificial or AI-generated voice, and by text message, for the demo and for follow-up. Consent was not a condition of anything you bought.
You can withdraw that consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text, say "stop calling" on any call, or email [email protected]. We will honor it across every channel, not only the one you used, within ten business days and usually much sooner.
Withdrawing consent stops future contact. It does not delete the record that consent was given, for the reason described above.
Contact details and consent records: kept while you are a prospect or customer, and until you unsubscribe or request to no longer be in our records, so we can evidence consent if a complaint is raised.
Conversation messages: the demo conversation is held in your browser for the length of your session and is not stored on our servers. A summary may be attached to your contact record.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Ask what personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct it
Ask us to delete it
Ask us to stop using it for marketing
Receive a copy in a portable format
If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you these rights, plus the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law allows. We may need to verify your identity first.
The demo itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required for the service to function and for security.
The booking calendar shown at the end of the demo is provided by GoHighLevel and may set its own cookies. Their practices are governed by their policy, not this one.
The demo is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to anyone whose information we hold.
