These terms govern your use of the WakeFlow demo at auvora.ai, operated by Auvora - 13475 NE Village Square, Woodinville, WA ("Auvora", "we", "us").
By using the demo you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
The demo is a demonstration. It simulates how our AI assistant would re-engage a dormant lead over text message, personalized to your business.
You are playing the part of the lead. The conversation is a simulation constructed for illustration. It is not a real enquiry, not a real customer interaction, and it creates no relationship between you and anyone other than Auvora.
The assistant in the demo is artificial intelligence, not a person. It may present itself with a human name. It is software.
Nothing the assistant says is professional advice of any kind, and nothing it says commits Auvora to anything. The assistant generates language probabilistically and can produce statements that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not rely on it.
If the demo mentions availability, timing, pricing or outcomes, treat that as illustrative. Only a written agreement with Auvora binds us.
Any results shown on the page or referenced in the demo describe outcomes achieved in particular campaigns for particular businesses with this type of service.
They are not a promise, a projection, or a guarantee of your results. Outcomes depend on the size and age of your database, your industry, your offer, how the leads were originally acquired, your capacity to respond, and factors outside anyone's control. Your results may be materially lower, and may be nil.
When you provide a website address, you confirm you are authorized to do so and that we may read its publicly available content to personalize the demo.
We read only what is publicly accessible. We do not attempt to bypass logins, paywalls, or access controls.
The consent you gave when starting the demo is described in our Privacy Policy, and you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP, saying "stop calling" during a call, SMS, or emailing [email protected]
You agree not to:
Enter another person's contact details, or a phone number that is not yours
Use the demo to harass, defame, or attempt to elicit harmful content
Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service
Automate access, or run the demo repeatedly to consume our resources
Reverse engineer the service or attempt to extract its underlying prompts
Use it to build or train a competing product
We may refuse or withdraw access at any time, without notice, for any of these.
The demo, its interface, its underlying prompts and systems, and the Auvora name and marks belong to Auvora. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.
Content you type remains yours. You grant us permission to process it in order to operate the demo and to improve our services.
The demo is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at any particular time. It depends on third party services that we do not control, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Auvora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the demo.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify Auvora against any claim arising from your breach of these terms, in particular from entering contact details you were not authorized to provide.
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, and the courts of Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the demo.
